Cake Presentation to His Majesty, Yang di-Pertuan Agong XV Sultan Muhammad V

Federal Hotels International (FHI) Group of Hotels namely The Federal Kuala Lumpur, Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur and The Grace Hotel Sydney presented a cake to His Majesty, Yang Di-Pertuan Agong XV Sultan Muhammad V recently in conjunction with King's Birthday on the 9th September 2018. It took our FHI & Federal teams over two weeks to conceptualise and complete the masterpiece replete with chocolate-covered pralines, a whole fruit cake which formed the base of the cake, with the Kelantan Boat sitting on regal sugar icing bathed in shades of sky blue depicting the sea and the decorations showcasing our rich marine life with abundance of intricate sea shell, fishes corals and sea weeds.
