Gracious Rewards is a Guest Recognition Program by Federal Hotels International (FHI) Group of Hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Sydney that offers you a seamless booking experience, exclusive benefits and instant redemption every time you stay with us.
Gracious Rewards is a unique single-tier guest recognition program.
Our new program will be launched exclusively for The Grace Hotel initially. Stay tuned for the future rollout to other properties.
Gracious Rewards is a free membership.
To join, visit fhihotels.com/graciousrewards/login and click JOIN NOW. Enter your name, email address and create a password. You will then receive a verification email with instructions to activate your account. A Membership number will be issued upon enrolment.
No, your membership number is all you need to access all the program benefits.
You may cancel your participation in the Gracious Rewards program at any time. Please email us at graciousrewards@gracehotel.com.au to cancel your membership. Cancellation of the membership implies complete and total withdrawal from the Gracious Rewards program, thus permanently ending the existing relationship between Gracious Rewards and yourself. FHI Group of Hotels may also terminate any membership at its complete discretion, all unused points, benefits will be cancelled.
Gracious Rewards points will be issued at one Australian dollar for three Gracious Rewards points (AUD1 = 3 Gracious Rewards points) of qualifying spending at the participating hotel.
You can earn Gracious Rewards points if you book your room at a qualifying room rate.
Room rates are publicly available at fhihotels.com and gracehotel.com.au. Eligible and Qualifying Incidental Charges are as per packages on our website, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that are chargeable to the room.
An "Eligible and Qualifying Room Rate" is defined as any room rate offered at a participating hotel within the FHI Group of Hotels, including; best available rate, best rate, negotiated corporate contracted rates, direct booking long stay rates, rates available on fhihotels.com and gracehotel.com.au.
Ineligible and Non-Qualifying Room Rates are as follows:
- Complimentary nights, online travel agents (Expedia.com, Booking.com, Agoda.com, Wotif.com, Trip.com, Priceline.com)
- Google.com and TripAdvisor.com
- Home-sharing and Mobile travel platforms, and any other online travel agents/retailers, traditional wholesale, airline crew/employees, Hospitality and Travel Industry employees, travel agency consortia and media.
- Group/Meetings Incentives Conventions & Exhibitions settled through a Master Bill.
In the event a reservation is made through the company or corporate travel agent managing negotiated corporate contracted rate, the member is solely responsible for verifying whether the rate qualifies as an Eligible and Qualifying Rate. The member is also responsible for providing the company, travel agent or third party with their exact Gracious Rewards details, including name and email address as provided during Gracious Rewards membership registration. The company or travel agent must provide the member’s booking and correct membership details to the participating hotel before Gracious Rewards points are approved and duly credited to the respective member’s account. At the time of booking, the member’s name and email address must be provided for the system to access the member’s booking platform.

Gracious Rewards points will be credited to your account after 48 hours upon checking out.
Gracious Rewards points are valid for 2 years or 24 months starting from the date of issue.
If at the time a confirmed room reservation is cancelled, the earned Gracious Rewards points will be revoked.
If members wish to cancel their redemption points and request a return prior to check in, they would need to login in to the Guest Portal and modify their booking accordingly. The system will automatically return the points and based on the cancellation policy allowing cancellation.
Points can be returned in the following cases:
- Cancellation of a booking before the stay date for flexible rates. Standard cancellation policies apply for your specific booking. Listed on your booking confirmation.
Points will not be returned if:
- The rate is non-changeable and non-refundable.
- The booking cancellation does not occur in your stipulated cancellation timeframe.
- Points have expired before cancellation.
- There is a no-show for the booking.
The cancelled points will keep their original expiry date which will reflect in your dashboard within the Guest Portal.
Gracious Rewards points are non-transferrable, cannot be sold, bartered, exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.

Your membership in the previous program will be discontinued, and your membership number will no longer be valid. Upon enrolling in the new program, you will receive a new membership number.
If you have active points, they will be transferred over to the new program. You will need to sign up using your first name, last name and current membership email, and your Gracious Rewards points will be added within a month. Once the transfer is complete, you can view your updated balance on your loyalty portal dashboard.
